Graham has more than 30 years of Middle East experience at senior management level working and living in the GCC having worked on delivering numerous complex and high-profile energy transactionsacross a variety of locations and time zones in the Middle East, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Turkey, CIS, and Far East. Graham is an energy lawyer by background with strong commercial and international energy management experience and has an extensive international consultancy services both at CEO and Managing Director level managing energy economic advisory services.
Much of Graham’s career has been devoted advising on developing and structuring major energy and infrastructure projects both conventionally procured and privately financed.
He has advised clients on both the buy-side and sell-side of energy assetsas well as the refinancing of assets and IPO’s.
